Yes. We highly recommend working with an architect for your project. We can work with a architect of your choosing or, if you do not have one, we can make a recommendation.
We go over every aspect of your project and prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ) as breakdown indicating the technical specifications for the materials and techniques that we are proposing. This will give you an insight about the cost and the budget of the project before commencement of the works. Generally, this breakdown consists of;
Miscellaneous (examples include duct cleaning, final clean up, floor covering etc.) Everything essential is included in the final budget.
We offer a one year limited warranty. Our after-sales service department will promptly address and correct any problems that may arise with in the home.
